For the last 10 years, I've channeled my love for helping people into career and business development roles. Now, I am transitioning into a Counselor role where I feel that I can truly make the most meaningful and positive impact in the lives of others.

I am close to completing my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling through Webster University.
My hopes are to see you clearly and support you through your unique struggles. I believe in a combination of deep emotional exploration, living in the present, and collaborative problem-solving.

I've been fortunate enough in my life to have known people from all walks of life. I've seen how the past has shaped them and how their inner spark lights their way forward. I work collaboratively with my clients in a caring, genuine, and expressive way.

My theoretical orientation most closely resembles Humanistic Theory, meaning at I believe that people are innately good and are capable of incredible resiliency and growth. I implement an integrated approach to therapy using transtheorical techniques. This means that I prioritize adaptability and flexibility in my approach to meet clients' specific needs.

All treatments will be overseen by Lizzi Wolfson, the owner of Rainbow Family Wellness. She will partner with me to ensure that you receive quality services while I am still training.
