With my concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from a trauma informed perspective, I am capable to empathetically and realistically support my clients in reaching whatever goals they set for themselves as well as helping them build self-confidence, identifying their strengths, and making progress towards sustainability in those areas.

I would like to let any prospective clients know that they will always be met with an open mind and that my entire therapeutic process is meant to provide a safe space for my clients. There is never any judgement and my goal is to always keep you safe, content, and healthy throughout the entire process.
