Are you fully virtual now?

Yes! As of August 2026, Rainbow Family Wellness is fully virtual. All sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. We've found that most clients appreciate the flexibility — no commute, no parking, no waiting room. Just log in from home, your car, or wherever feels comfortable and private.

What states do you serve?

We currently serve clients located in Florida and Virginia. Lizzi Wolfson, LCSW is licensed in both states. If you're in a different state, we're not able to see you at this time, but we're happy to help point you toward affirming resources in your area.

How does telehealth work?

Once you're scheduled, you'll receive a secure link to join your session via video. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a private space. We use a HIPAA-compliant platform, so your sessions are fully confidential. Most clients get the hang of it within the first session and find it surprisingly natural. Be sure to have a strong internet connection and you'll be good to go!

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! Elizabeth Wolfson, LCSW accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and additional plans. Contact us to verify your specific benefits before your first session.

Our therapist interns offer reduced-cost sessions that are self-pay only, which many clients find surprisingly affordable.

How long does each session last?

Sessions are either 45 or 55 minutes, depending on your needs. Most clients meet weekly, though biweekly sessions are also an option as you progress.

Do you work with children via telehealth?

Yes — Lizzi Wolfson specializes in working with children as young as three years old, and we've found that virtual sessions work well even with young kids when parents are involved. We'll guide you on how to set up the session to make it as engaging and effective as possible for your child.olved. What if I'm not sure which service is right for me?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and point you in the right direction — whether that's individual therapy, family sessions, group therapy, or a combination.
