If you or your family members are struggling with overwhelming emotions, uncontrollable behaviors, or confusion about how to make life better, therapy can be a tool to help accomplish what seems impossible. Whether you need help for yourself or your child, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental, confidential care to empower, heal, and move forward effectively. Many of the families I serve have children experiencing Baker Acts, severe emotional and behavioral dysregulation, and intense trauma histories.

My experience includes working with children, families, and adults who are seeking support to address Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ODD, ADHD, OCD, and many other issues. Providing holistic individual and family care and supporting the LGBTQIA+ Community are two of my highest goals. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma informed perspective.

If you've been thinking about therapy but putting it off or not sure where to start, take this as the sign to contact me and start the healing process with a safe support.
