Committed to fostering a safe and inclusive space for healing, Chris is a graduate-level student therapist completing his clinical training at Rainbow Family Wellness. He offers a warm, affirming presence and is deeply dedicated to supporting clients in their journey of self-exploration.

Chris' clinical interests encompass affirmative care for diverse identities and relationship structures alongside the navigation of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, sexuality, and sexual health.

Grounded in a Rogerian, person-centered philosophy, Chris believes in the power of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. He often incorporates mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and stress management.

Chris works under the supervision of a licensed therapist and offers sessions at a reduced rate. He welcomes adults, couples, and parents from all walks of life, and is honored to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

My practice is guided by Person-Centered Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I focus on creating a supportive space where clients can feel empowered to build a strong relationship with themselves and live more fully in the present moment.
