Megan is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, completing her Master's Degree at St. Louis University. She is passionate about providing an affirming, supportive space for LGBTQIA+ adolescents, adults, and families.
Megan's approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and incorporates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills to help clients build emotion regulation, coping skills, communication techniques, confidence, and self-understanding.
She also has experience helping post-partum parents through stage-of-life challenges. She has helped people strengthen their self esteem as they recognize their strengths and establish a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
